Twin 97/100 & Twin 95/100 ratings respectively... Californian Cabernets are the equal of any in the world. These are rare cellar treats at very accessible prices.

RWT 2021 Bin 798 & 2020 St Henri… rate 97/100 & 96/100 respectively they are iconic reds with several decades of age ability if well stored. Last year I enjoyed a 1990 St Henri & 1997 (first ever release) RWT… both in stunning condition.

The 2021 Bin Reds… are sensational, another outstanding vintage by Penfolds. I opened a 1996 (26-years old) Bin 389 from my cellar last year… it was amazing and will continue to drink well for many years yet. 97/100 & 96/100 ratings are common across the Bins this vintage... even the more accessible Bin 28 rated a massive 97/100 and will do 20-years in the cellar.

Bin 51 Riesling… is best enjoyed circa 10-15 years from vintage. Bin 311 Chardonnay… will wow you – but Yattarna Bin 144 (often called “White Grange”) has become one of the world’s greatest Chardonnays. Andrew Caillard Master of Wine has delivered a perfect 100/100... good on him I say. I recently opened a magnum of 2007, it was divine, I never wanted the experience to end.
