These Grappa’s from Nardini are very special indeed, made in the Cembra Valley since 1779 – they select only the best pomace from multiple grape varieties (Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio etc) all grown locally in the region, they’re naturally fermented before distilling the spirit 3 times, for purity and ultimate smoothness. The Riserva Grappa is aged in Slavonian Oak.

These Grappa’s by Nardini are beautiful Digestifs, or can be mixed with Soda Water, the Grappa Riserva (aged 3 years in Slavonian oak) is beautiful, neat, over ice – enjoyed just like a fine Single Malt. The ultimate in their range is the Extrafina Grappa, it’s extremely complex, long in length and very smooth.
