Crafted with grapes from all three of Elephant Hill’s Hawke’s Bay vineyards... Te Awanga – Bridge Pa – Gimblett Gravels... each vineyard bringing greater dimension and character to the lavish final blend. 99% Syrah co-fermented with just 1% of Viognier tuning the aromatics... all the grapes were gently de-stemmed, pressed and aged for 18 months in French oak... 25% new. Rich & refined in equal measure... impressive.
