Wild Earth Pinot Gris 2022

Beautifully creamy with serious X Factor flavour and a deliciously DRY finish. Each block was harvested at optimal ripeness in April in order to achieve a wine with aromatic freshness and a rich texture. Fascinating, spicy flavours of honeysuckle, quince, nashi pear and baked apples.

Wild Earth Chardonnay 2022

Wild Earth Chardonnay fruit comes from elevated vineyards in the Pisa and Bendigo sub regions. Cool climate, yet rich Chardonnay... 100% barrel fermented with 10% new French oak. Toasty with complexity and richness from full solids (yeast lees). It's powerful, nutty, and quite decadent; but with a lovely mineral freshness common to the region.

Wow we’ve tasted some excellent Rosé from Wild Earth over the years, but they've knocked it out of the park with this 2022.
