Navy strength: Gins latest trend!

Navy strength Gin is a style that dates back to the 1700s, but becoming increasingly sought after by modern Gin drinkers. To qualify, these gins need to be at least 57% alcohol, but it’s not all about the percentage. A stronger Gin will hold more of the essential oils from botanicals which changes the dynamic of the Gin. These Gins also retain more flavour when mixed with tonic, creating a more aromatic and flavourful G&T.

Gin drinkers and brands alike are catching on to this trend and we’re bringing you three of the newest and best offerings on the market. From the UK’s Rock Rose Distillery to New Zealand’s own Scapegrace Gold and National Distillery Co offerings, these three Gins are all incredibly aromatic yet balanced and are must-haves in your Gin cabinet.
