Smells
Enticing wild strawberry, raspberry and floral notes with savoury/bready aromas whispering beneath.
Tastes
Utterly mouthwatering; soft red fruit, citrus and strawberry shortcake flavours add seduction to the invigorating, expressive mid-palate. Very finely bubbled its complex pure flavours finish with intent in a very minerally exhilarating finish. Beautiful to enjoy by itself... also broadly complimentary to food as an aperitif with a platter of charcuterie, cheeses, pate, spiced salads mixed seafoods. Not bad with white chocolate either and a superb way to end a lovely night. Enjoy as a fresh NV Champagne.
