It has been meticulously crafted using the techniques first used by Augustus Bulleit over 150 years ago, which still relies on a secret mash bill that is high in rye but also utilises corn, barley malt, soft limestone infused water and particular yeast strains. It is soft, sweet, subtly spicy, amber hued, Bourbon nectar of great beauty and complexity for a fantastic price that will make others blush.
Smells
bright and bubbly orange zest aromatics with toasty, vanilla oak.
Tastes
those orange flavours follow on the palate with dustings of spice and tobacco leaf. Very smooth.
