Description
Another quality small batch bourbon from the Jim Beam Distillery in Kentucky. 50% abv, straight rye whiskey aged for 9 years with a rich, complex, sweet flavour of maple and oaky vanilla, toasted organic nuts and fudge. Delectable bourbon.
Smells
a wonderful blend of sweet, spicy and salty butter swirling amongst a mix of grains and salted caramels.
Tastes
a forward fruity palate, flavours of candy floss, dark chocolate, baking spices and toasty, charred oak. A long, dry finish with vanilla and nuts complimenting the fruit sweetness
