With an average age of more than 10 years, the Father Tawny is a blend from a Solera system under a corrugated iron roof. The tin roof is vital to the maturation process, with temperatures on the top stack reaching 55 celsius in summer and less than 8 in winter. It’s a rich, creamy, nutty, spicy and mellow elixir. Tawny is not just the domain of the boys… girls you will adore its luxurious palate equally!
