Grown on the Ngatarawa Triangle, the warm 2018 vintage has produced a wine of great elegance, poise and concentration that will make the perfect partner to roast meats between now and 2026.
Smells
Dark florals and dried plum feature against a backdrop of tobacco, cedar, and blackberry.
Tastes
Focused and dry on the palate, there are an array of dark fruits and leather showing through, finishing juicy and long, the tannins balanced by the fruit concentration. This is a delicious Bordeaux-style red that will make all meals with juicy red meats magical.
