As the name suggests there is no monkey business when it comes to making this wine. From organically grown grapes, there is minimal intervention in the wine-making process. Using the teeniest amount of preservative to ensure they don't mess with Mother Nature. A funky label, a delicious Organic Cabernet Sauvignon and sub $20, what a bargain.

there is a delicacy to the bouquet, not your typically OTT nose associated with Cabernet, but having said that, its all there, aromas of ripe blackcurrants, cedar, bramble, spice, and vanilla. Perhaps indicative of the Organic regime, more respectful all around.

this is a deliciously juicy, fresh, and fruity Cabernet, very representative of the new fruity styles emerging from Australia. The plush fruit is balanced by chewy, chalky tannins typically of Cab, making for an uber drinking fruity, yet structured wine. Perfect drinking now through 2025, with friends. Serve with stews, and casseroles or light up the BBQ.
