a slightly more elegant Aussie Shiraz, somewhat akin to some Kiwi styled Syrah, which made us even more excited. Plush, forward fruit charges across the palate with blackberry, lifted herbal notes and dark chocolate flavours, make for a superb combination. Suave, fine grain tannins for the framework with moderately soft acid, all making for a deliciously drinkable wine. We are sure that after one taste this will become your No1 BBQ wine.
