Smells
Beautifully Burgundian nose showing hazelnut, nougat, peaches, brioche and smoky oak.
Tastes
Deeply concentrated flavours with fine toast showing through against a creamy, brioche infused palate of peaches and nectarines. Precise, rounded acidity and flinty minerality add buoyancy to the rich and complex palate... power & elegance in the same glass. Breathtaking Chardonnay, amazing even in its youth, but will evolve beautifully for a decade or more.
