A favourite style of the team here at Fine Wine Delivery Co, the wine goes through wild ferment then 9 months barrel aging with regular lees stirring - but the key bit is zero% malolactic fermentation, leaving a fresh, linear palate with electrifying acidity.

Toasty and flinty on the nose with nutty nuances and grilled stonefruit.

Tastes

The smoky notes come out on the rich, layered palate, with hints of butterscotch and nectarine cushioning the acid and minerality. A wonderfully characterful Chardonnay that will be a delight to watch age if you can keep your hands off it.
