100% Fiano, a native grape of Southern Italy and ‘Zin’ is an old Italian dialect for sea urchin, a much prized and delicious seafood that is often served as an appetizer during the hot Apulian summer. Fiano is a grape variety planted mostly in the Campania region, but it is also found in other regions like Puglia. What makes this particular wine very unique is the presence of a small percentage of Fiano Minutolo, a semi-aromatic grape which is originally from Puglia. Zin Fiano is a lively, zesty, and refreshing wine produced from 40-year-old vines.
