Pristine fruit from the exceptional 2022 vintage, was taken from both the Awatere and Rapaura sub regions. This is text book Pinot Gris, made in a dry and fleshy style that reflects its three months on lees, to create texture and creaminess.

This is a carefully considered wine, that offers sophistication and an extraordinary balance. There is bucket loads of tropical pear, quince and apple fruit flavours, but it's the mid palate where the magic really happens. Biscuity, nutty notes balance the fruit sublimely, and that creaminess rounding out the experience with a weighty mouth feel and a superb lingering, crisp, dry finish. A stunning wine for the money.
