Smells
Captivating aromas of ripe gooseberry, granny smith apples, wet stones, buoyed by fresh lemon and a dash of grapefruit, layered subtle flint and passionfruit flower.
Tastes
Pure and refreshing with green fruit flavours layered with passionfruit, lemongrass, and sweet citrus... building to a vibrant, long and detailed finish. The minerality, zippy texture and floral prettiness all combine to make this an outstanding wine. Grab a glass, sit in your favourite chair on the veranda, take a sip... and another... then make sure you don’t sip too quickly which this Savvy will do to you.
