Exclusive to the Fine Wine Delivery Company there is just no vintage Prestige Champagne on the market that can come close to it for the price. Notice that we underlined Prestige? That's because it's in another realm of quality to normal vintage Champagne and should be aligned with the likes of Dom Perignon! With an astonishing 8 years on lees and no malolactic fermentation, this primarily Grand and Premier Cru fruited wine is 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir with 8 g/l of dosage. Package in the manner of a Prestige Cuvee too.
Smells
Attractive citrus, vanilla, pear, roasted nut and subtle honey aromas signal a fine Champagne experience is about to unfold.
Tastes
The elegant lightly creamed mousse coats the mouth with soft lemon, brioche and fine nutty characters evolving through to a captivating finish of gala apple and freshly baked bread. A very fine bead sustains the long complex finish, unfurling further complexity with every sip.
