Pounce on the opportunity to buy this luxuriously flavoured 375ml Reserve Noble Riesling at the lusciously low CLEARANCE price of $19.99. This single vineyard Noble Riesling was sourced from the renowned low vigour Fletcher Single Vineyard. A site that was encouraged to develop noble-rot, or Botrytis early in the season. With a close eye and meticulous vineyard management optimal botrytis fruit was harvested late in the season.
Smells
Ripe mango, nectarine, apricot plus a medley of dried fruits and ginger spice.
Tastes
Seductively moreish with sweet, luxurious flavours of marmalade, ginger spice, honeycomb, apricot, toffee and candied citrus peel. The luscious parade of sweet flavours perfectly livened by refreshing, rounded acidity. Many would enjoy this as an after-dinner tipple… and that’s great. The French would pour it pre dinner with cheeses, pate, foie gras etc. It’s equally seductive drinking on its own. Will age beautifully through 2031.
