Smells
Pure aromatic pleasure from the first sniff with dark cherry, Black Doris plums, kirsch, wild herbs, violets and toasted Indian spices engaging you.
Tastes
The palate is silky and packed with layers of black fruits, plus a splash of wild raspberry. Thyme and spicy oak transcend through the long succulent finish. Incredible drinking now through 2028 – try with duck sausages and mashed potatoes. Save a couple of glasses for after dinner to enjoy by itself.
