Description
Te Awanga is a sleepy seaside village with a great point break. The Loom is the name given to the best wave of the day. Every day there are countless waves, but there’s only ever one that’s the very best. That’s the loom. The Loom, their reserve blend is the best of the vintage. There young vine Syrah vines are digging their way into a north facing slope that captures extra rays of sunlight all season long.

Violets and lifted pepper spice on the nose.
Tastes
the aromas and flavours speak of the coastal cool winds giving true elegance, Syrah spice and typicity. Delicately formed with sinewy tannins, a chalky texture and a salty, seaweed and lavender finish. Great to have a NZ Syrah with a few years bottle age, from a top year and drinking well.
