Description
The ultimate luxurious vanilla-tinged style of Chardonnay, fermented in 100% American Oak, 50% new. Crafted from clone 95 and Mendoza fruit off the clay soils of the Southern Valleys, the wine spends 10 months on its lees in barrel, becoming toasty, nutty, buttery, and creamy throughout. Thoroughly delicious and its fine acidity will make it an outstanding match with succulent roast pork or poultry between now and 2026.

Tastes
