Smells
Lime and mandarin sherbert, with blossom and red apple.
Tastes
Lusciously sweet and citrusy, with mandarin, clover honey and lemonade flavours flowing across the palate, before being cleaned up by that famous Riesling acid line. A great example of Riesling, it's best in its vibrant youth, but can be cellared for those who want to accentuate the honeyed characters. A summers avo on the veranda, a glass of Giesen Riesling in hand and a platter of oozy, creamy cheeses, that’s what life is about.
