Smells
wonderful aromas of salted lime, grapefruit, green apples with a white lily perfumed lift.
Tastes
a strikingly dry palate with restrained notes of lemon, lime and grapefruit, and a hint of water running over slate. Excellent fruit concentration with mid-palate power, which is balanced by the crystalline acid thread, giving way to a chalky, long, crisp and refreshingly dry finish. Delicious drinking now through 2028 with your favourite seafood.
