Delicate florals, blackcurrant buds, plush passion & tropical fruit with a hint of apple, and guava.
Tastes
Juicy and fleshy with a lithe texture embracing the passion, apple, and tropical fruit. The long, super-pure finish, this is a cracking example of Wairau Sauvignon from one of the region's most consistently compelling wineries. There is real energy to this wine, the natural fermentation adding zing to the lusciously fruited palate.
