Valli Wines was created by Otago Pinot Pioneer Grant Taylor. It is named for his Great Great Grandfather Guiseppe Valli who immigrated to NZ with an Italian winemaking heritage. Valli focuses on premium wines with a sense of place defining Otago's sub regions specifically. Grant is now joined by Jen Parr - Gourmet Traveller NZ Winemaker of the Year 2020. They make Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Riesling, but are most well known for their premium Pinot Noir.
