Brand new hop Nectaron, brings tropical fruit and stone fruit flavours to the party, with Cassels & Sons being one of the first breweries to brew with this new hop. Hopped at multiple stages in its journey, they use toasty ale malt to mellow out the hoppy goodness and Cassels house ale strain yeast, the result is an incredibly balanced and flavoursome IPA.
