Distilled in a small copper still named 'The Dottach' after a fiery local woman, on the beautiful Isle of Harris, in Scotland. This is a rare, gorgeously smooth, complex Gin that is infused with a heavenly collection of botanicals, including wild foraged sugar kelp, which adds delicately dry maritime notes. Awards-Scottish Gin Distillery of the Year 2018 at the Scottish Gin Awards. New Product to FWDCo and very exclusive!
Smells
sweet forward, fresh notes of juniper with citrus, lemon, lime and bitter orange, and coriander lurking in the background.
Tastes
The citrus array prevail on the palate with a delicious salty, herbal tinge from the sugar kelp. Finishing long and clean with a salivating salty aftertaste.
