Following the success of their first pink Gin release, Reefton Distilling Co have announced the launch of their new pink Gin for the summer of 2021. With NEw Zealand sourced ingredients and native botanicals, this latest release is made with juicy New Zealand cherries. With a palate of warming spice followed by the complex sweetness and depth of New Zealand cherries, the Gin is well suited to the addition of tonic or soda to make a long refreshing drink. Serve with a prig of thyme or slice of lemon
