A cult, highly regarded, individual batch whisky whose name, A'Bunadh means 'Of the Origin' in Gaelic, relating to the founder James Fleming and the original apothecary bottles which were refilled at grocery stores or the distillery.? Each batch is different, all spectacular and highly awarded.? To bless the start of the fishing season, an old bottle of Aberlour is poured into the nearby Spey river.? After tasting this stunning, complex whisky, all I can say is lucky, lucky fish.? Please note that all cask whiskies should always be diluted (like the bottle given to the fish) to your own preferred taste and strength, with good, soft, still mineral water, which, as we say back home, will release the serpent.

A deep, amber colour with cinnamon, orange rind, pastry, vanilla beans, pecans with strong sherry notes from the first fill sherry casks.
