"A blend of 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Meunier including 5% of red wine. With wonderful salmon highlights of colour, this inviting Rosé Champagne oozes sophistication. Aromas of wild berries and the classic yeasty tones of Bollinger precede a palate of fresh raspberries, blackberries and hints of wild strawberry. The lively palate of berry fruits, red apples and cinnamon spice with hints of baked bready tones culminate in a fleshy, weighted palate.
