Description
Laurent Perrier's Cuvee Rose is the ultimate expression of Champagne Rose. Taken from some of the finest Crus on the Montagne de Reims including Ambonnay and Bouzy, it is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir that is left on skins for 48 to 72 hours before pressing to give the wine it’s beautiful salmon-pink hue and deeply aromatic nose. Then aged for a minimum of 5 years for maximum creamy yeast autolysis. With its instantly recognisable bottle, LP Cuvee Rose is widely regarded as the finest of all non-vintage Champagne Roses.
Smells
Lively aromas of strawberry, raspberry, redcurrants and cherry float from the glass.
Tastes
Ultra concentrated freshly picked red berries wash across the palate. The fine bead and creamy texture are perfectly in balance with the fresh acidity.
