Extraordinarily high usage of Grand Cru fruit in roughly equal parts Pinot Noir/Chardonnay and extended time ageing on lees in the bottle has yielded Champagne of finesse, flavour, complexity, stature and length.

Tastes
It’s elegant and finely creamed with subtle power.
