The ultimate lunchtime wine (lower in alcohol, have a few glasses and not need an afternoon nap) or mix with an Italian aperitif for a pre-dinner Spritz.
Smells
A fine, persistent bead in the glass gives way to aromas of mandarins, gala apple, white flowers, and freshly baked shortbread.
Tastes
Subtle mandarin, apple and berry flavours with a hint of freshly baked shortbread. It’s lightly frothy and fresh palate climaxes in a close to dry finish with a touch of honey emerging. Refreshing, very drinkable Prosecco.
