Description
A very high quality sherry that is technically a Cream sherry, being a 12-year-old dry Oloroso style sweetened to around 120 grams/litre residual sugar with 12-year-old PX.
Smells
Notes of rich mahogany, with lots of dates, prunes, raisins and toffee.
Tastes
Great with cheeses after a meal as well as chocolate biscuits, crème brulee and tiramisu.
