Description
Papirusa means “elegant and beautiful”. It was the name of the doll that Emilio Lustau gave the daughter of Joaquín Burgos, first manager of Bodegas Lustau in the ’40s. A bone dry style of Sherry, it is the ultimate aperitif. Aged under a 'veil of yeast' known as the flor in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a fishing town. The maritime influences are apparent on the palate.
