Smells
aromas of rosehip, a plethora of wild red berries, cedar, white pepper, and other exotic spice.
Tastes
there is a purity of fruit running the length of the palate showing volume yet elegance at the same time. Certainly, not a blockbuster, but a delicious glass of wine, showing typicity of variety and region. Juicy fruit surrenders the tastebuds helpless, meaning another sip is mandatory, supported by the soft yet chewy tannins adding depth and structure. Superb drinking now through 2027 with sticky pork ribs and all BBQ meats. For optimal drinking pleasure, the recommended serving temperature is 15-17 degrees.
