Description
Biodynamics has always been at the forefront of Millton wines. Libiamo is a nod to the younger generation, especially Annie and James' children, with the aim to make dynamic, fun wines that push every boundary, delicious wines that give the apt most of drinking pleasure. This Muscat was fermented on skins for 180 days, pressed, and elevage in the winery prior to bottling, unfined and unfiltered. Purely natural, the way it’s meant to be…
Smell: haunting aromas of orange blossom, orange peel with hints of sultanas, passionfruit flowers and lemon zest
Tastes: mirky in the glass but don’t let that put you off. A crisp, dry white wine that’s mouth-filling, textural and engaging. Complex smoky and toasted orange slice flavours rule the palate, showing typical Muscat characters, aromatic, lifted aromas and flavours, soft acid, and a piercing, long, Martini-like finish. The flavours seem to linger forever. Great drinking now through 2025 with cheese or summer salads.
