While we have closed the doors to our retail shops, our website is OPEN for business and we are very pleased to be able to turn back on Click & Collect under level 3. We will continue to process online orders and deliver these nationwide via contactless courier deliveries.
IMPORTANT: CLICK & COLLECT under Level 3 we are not able to offer our normal 2 hour service. You will receive an email confirming when your order is ready and waiting to be collected. Please wait for this email, do not try and collect your order before this and follow the instructions given. Click & Collect hours are 10am - 5pm Tuesday - Saturday only.
For normal courier deliveries, when your order has been completed and leaves our warehouse in the couriers care an automated email with its tracking details is sent to you. If you have not yet received one of these, then your order is still being processed or may have an item still to be supplied. If you have been updated with the tracking details, then use these via our Couriers website for updates.
Note: See courier delivery time frames below. Our courier provider is working over time to get orders delivered to our customers. We appreciate your support and understanding while they work hard to fulfill deliveries safely. With this in mind, please understand that there may be slightly extended delivery times to usual.
Auckland: delivery within 1-3 days (Mon - Fri)
Auckland Rural: delivery within 3-5 days (Mon - Fri)
North Island: delivery within 2-3 days (Mon - Fri)
South Island: delivery within 3-4 days (Mon - Fri)
Waiheke Island: delivery within 2 days (Mon - Fri)
When your package arrives it will be placed at your front door on the ground. The courier will take a photo on their mobile device as proof of delivery before leaving the goods for you to collect safely.
