Late last summer, they halved each peach and gently steeped them in their award-winning Island Gin Original, enhancing the signature note of island-harvested Manuka Bush honey. After a meticulous three-month maceration, the result is a 35% ABV spirit with a delightful bouquet of fresh peaches and a slightly sweet, fruity palate. Triple-filtered with care using our off-grid solar bottling system, we left a touch of peach sediment as a natural reminder of the real fruit bottled inside. This gin is truly something special—and it’s perfect for your holiday celebrations or gifting!
