Smells
wonderful smells of butter and sugar caramelising, with toasted almonds, pecans and walnuts underpinned by rum and raisin ice cream and a dash of lemon for freshness.
Tastes
a dichotomy of flavours, sweet then fiery and hot with nuances of toasted grains and cola, tailing towards smoky, cigar box characters on the finish.
