Description
Laurent Perrier's Cuvee Rose is the ultimate expression of Champagne Rose, taken from some of the finest Crus on the Montagne de Reims including Ambonnay and Bouzy. 100% Pinot Noir and left on skins for 48 to 72 hours before pressing, the wine is aged a minimum of 5 years for maximum creamy yeast autolysis. Widely regarded as the finest of all non-vintage Champagne Roses, LP is best served between 8 and 10 degrees celsius.
