Smells
Perfect freshly baked baguette autolysis with stonefruits, minerals and yellow plums.
Tastes
Beautifully rich and creamy at first, but then a rush of cleansing acidity and minerality building to a long, chalky dry finish filled with apples and just-ripened yellow plums. Amazing wine from an outstanding Champagne house.
