A blend of 62% Pinot Noir and 38% Chardonnay with a small amount of oak contact, the wine is made using a combination of the two winemaking techniques for Champagne Rose, maceration & blending. Four years on lees with 8 grams dosage, it is beautifully perfumed, rich and elegant.
