Smells
Dazzling aromas of red berries, subtle roasted nuts and brioche.
Tastes
A vibrant palate of strawberry, raspberry and hints of lemon zest infused with roasted hazelnuts and fresh pastry. The mousse is finely creamed and the bubbles lively. Drink now as an aperitif or with crispy skin salmon and a Mediterranean inspired platter.
