This Rosé Methode Traditionelle from Quartz Reef is made from 100% Pinot Noir, fermented to 12.5% alc. with a dosage of 3 g/L, aged for a minimum of 18 months on lees before disgorgement. Fully Organic, Biodynamic certified and with a swag of accolades and awards, it will satisfy the most hardline Champagnista.

								 A dazzling bouquet of strawberry, red cherry and rose with toasted brioche.
							
						Tastes
								 Concentrated but elegant fruit, with Pinot Noir in full expression, rich and lusicous, giving a lovely rounded texture. Creamy autolysis  combined with fine acidity to ensure a long persistent finish. Enjoy now with cheese, salmon, charcuterie plates or lighter game.
