Description
100% Chardonnay and sourced from the Matahiwi Estate vineyard. The base wines were aged on full lees over the winter, regularly stirred for added richness and texture. Sparkling made using the traditional Prosecco method… making for superbly fruity, approachable everyday bubbles with an enticing, cajoling wave of creamy texture. Wowed the judges to award Champion Trophy, Double Gold & Top NZ Wine of the Year at China Wine & Spirits Awards. Quite serious and very delicious Sparkling experience for the money.
