Description
A blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay, sourced from the Matahiwi Estate vineyard. The base wines were aged on full lees over the winter, regularly stirred for added richness and texture. A wine made using the traditional Prosecco method, making for superbly fruity, approachable and delightfully affordable bubbles.
Smells
Exploding aromas of sweet lemonades, ripe strawberries, peaches, and cream notes with a dusting of sherbet.
Tastes
The bubbles ignite your senses. Combined with the purity of fruit, they make for a magical glass of sparkling that will transport you to a sunny moment. With every sip, the vitality of Prosecco comes to mind, delicate, pure fruit flavours of pear, peach, intertwined with red berry fruits, giving way to a creamy, dreamy finish with moderately soft acid.
