Deeply coloured, it’s Reserve Cabernet Merlot from Sacred Hill’s best vineyard sites in the Hawke's Bay. A delicious, plush palate of blackberry, plum, coffee bean, subtle dried herbs and oak spice. Dark chocolate and savoury hints present on the finish; it’s a smooth transition from go to a deliciously long whoa! It's packed with fruit and carries a punch, given a few years, it will be even more complex and supple. Well worth a 30-minute decant prior to serving. Enjoy with roast lamb, beef or venison.
