Many years ago, organic wines were often less flavoursome… these days they are more likely to have excellent concentration and greater purity in the fruit, such is the advances in the practices happening in the vineyards. The Earth Garden vineyards are organically cultivated and alive with wildflowers growing amongst the vines. All helping to express the true terroir of the soil in the resulting wines, while creating cohabitation and harmony in the vineyard.
Smells
Heady aromas of cassis, plum, mulberries, cinnamon, dark chocolate, and autumn leaf.
Tastes
Classic Merlot and Cabernet flavours of blackcurrants, plum and fresh tobacco and autumn leaves… threaded with cedary spiced oak and dash of dark chocolate. All carried by fine chalky tannins in a linear palate structure with freshening acidity. Everything a Bordeaux blend lover is looking for and it won’t blow the budget. Drinking now through 2025 and perfect with a juicy piece of steak.
